Terms and Conditions

Payment
Payments are to be made by check, certified check, credit card or money order in order to secure an event date. Payment of the deposit must be received within ten days of the "Agreement Date" in order to guarantee date and price.  If your payment is not received by this date, the date the event is booked will be released and new booking arrangements will have to be made by contacting our office.

Refund Policy
The deposit to book the event date is non-refundable. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the deposit can be applied to the rescheduled date.

Cancellation
Cancellation of the event must be received in writing by certified mail. Adler Entertainment will retain all deposit money. If cancellation is within 30 days of the event, payment of the unpaid balance is due in full. We reserve the right to waive or apply any cancellation fees. In the event that any provision of this contract is not fulfilled, the liability of Adler Entertainment is limited to the dollar amount paid by the client.
